All Amplifier and Router returns must have an RMA and be returned in original packaging with all components within 15 days of purchase date for full refund of Purchase price . There are no returns on antennas and cables. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Antennas can only be returned if they have not been installed in any manner. A copy of the original invoice must also be included. If amplifier kit is missing parts or amplifier has been tampered with in any way return will not be accepted. No credit will be issued for returns that do not meet the criteria below. If you need to return an item please contact us by phone or email to obtain the required RMA number.
- Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc).
- Products must be in original product packaging, uncut and unmodified. This includes no writing on packaging, UPCs intact, etc.
- Product must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).
- All included items including components, manuals and warranty cards must be returned.
- Pack items in the original product packaging, securely, well padded, inside of a shipping carton. DO NOT use the product packaging as the return shipping container, DO NOT lay items loosely inside shipping container (i.e. without padding) and DO NOT return item in an envelope unless the item was shipped to you in a padded envelope.
- Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned in like fashion with the RMA Number clearly visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX.
- A clear return address and RMA number must be on the outside of the shipping package.
- Installed equipment (for example, antennas, antenna adapters ), headsets, software and data products are non-returnable. Defective items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.
- Special order and value-added items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.
- Items not in compliance with return policy will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received defective or in error. Should you encounter problems with the items you have purchased, Maximum Signal and Cyfre Support are more than happy to help diagnose and correct the problem.
